- Intermediate and advanced students can receive instruction on a specific posture or technique.
- Create a quiet, sacred space within your own home and develop a personal practice that is complimentary to your other activities.
- Learn how to meditate, or how to deepen your existing meditation practice with specific breathing techniques that bring energy, calmness, and balance to your practice and to your life.
Rates: $85/hour; $130 for 90 minute session.
Session includes documented instruction for take-home, practice and integration.
